After month of controversial proclamation of Marinduque;s new elected Congresswoman Ate Gina Reyes, early this afternoon on her facebook account, she posted the quidelines and requirements on how to avail the scholarship prior to the incoming freshmen in college and even to old students who suffer and now wondering what would happen to their scholarship after the incumbent Congressman Lord Allan Quinto Velasco did not make to return on office this last election.
As based on her facebook account i hereby copy her statement:

2. XEROX COPY ng High School Report Card (kung incoming Freshman) or latest classcards ng naunang semester (kung continuing college student).

Ate Gina Reyes, daughter of re-electionist Gov. Nanay Carmencita Reyes and sister of Toll Regulatory Board Chairman and former Cong. Pareng Edmund Reyes, here now proving that she have a one word after promising that she will made an effort to back the real scholarship to the youth of Marinduquenos.
Another promise of Cong. Elect Reyes is a branch of Marinduque State College to be build in Mogpog, Marinduque to be pioneered in Marine Transporation and Seaman's Course, the said project will raise according to sources at the back of Marinduque Academy. Marinduque State College have the branches in Boac where the main campus is located, in Gasan is Fishery campus, Torrijos for Agriculture, Santa Cruz for Tourism and Business Management, and Elementary Education. Now that Cong. Reyes promised to the people of Mogpog during her and her team Liberal Party Meeting de Avance few days before election that Mogpog will now soon have MSC branch.
Good to know that this state college/university will now be accessible by Mogpogenos who dreamed to be a successful seafarers someday.
Marinduquenos are now watching for all the moves, action and promised to be fulfill to all politicians who wishes to win and now they win to serve their people.
