Akatsuki headed by Sasuke along with Madara Clone are headed for the summit. It's time to begin.

Sakura had once asked Naruto a dear favor to bring Sasuke back and Naruto now feels like a fool not being able to deliver on his promise to Sakura. Keeping a word is the ninja way so Naruto simply must come through for Sakura as well as for himself. Sai explains that something like this has happened to him and he also bears this curse mark on him. Shikamaru agrees with Sai that they all have to help to get Sasuke back, it is not just Naruto's burden. He spoke on behalf of his team 7 when he said that they couldn't allow a war to be broken out between the Hidden Leaf and Hidden Cloud because of Sasuke. Sasuke is already being treated as criminal, because he is aligned with Akatsuki. Shikamaru has asked Sakura for her consent to hunt for Sasuke. Sakura didn't answer, but Shikamaru needs to ask the same of Naruto. Sakura agreed to talk to Naruto herself believing that only then Naruto may let go of his promise.

In the meantime, in the Land of Iron Five Kage Summit is taking place. Allied Shinobi forces are to be lead by Hokage Danzo. Raikage disagrees as Danzo is synonymous with dark side of ninja. Instead Raikage suggested that, since no Akatsuki came from his village, it should be himself in the lead. That suggestion was turned down by rational Mifune who stresses out that since Nine-Tails belongs to Hidden Leaf that it should be Danzo.

Byakugan was used to see what was wrong with this Summit and he spotted right shoulder and right arm and the color of the right arm...the color of the right eye is the color of Shisui Uchiha's eye. Shisui Uchiha had been praised alongside Itachi Uchiha as the most gifted ninja using Ocular Jutsu. With this Ocular Jutsu one can see other's minds, then manipulate them. Danzo is being accused of tempering with Mifune's mind. At that moment of confrontation Madara's Clone bursts in and announces Sasuke's arrival.

Naruto thinks of his pal Sasuke. He asks himself whether hatred could consume Sasuke and whether he could loose sight of who Sasuke really is. At this moment Madara shows up to talk.
